Leadership Team

The leadership team for Ibex Title Corporation has a combined experience of 50 years in the industry. Our team is led by two seasoned professionals who have extensive experience in title insurance and real-estate, each bringing their unique expertise to the table. They are dedicated to providing exceptional service, building strong relationships with our clients, and ensuring that our business operates with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. With their deep knowledge of the industry, our leadership team is committed to keeping our company at the forefront of the rapidly changing landscape of title insurance and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

It all starts with leadership. A civil engineer leading a title company, might seem a little misplaced, but I've found it to be the perfect fit. Like most industries, construction came to a halt following the financial crisis in the late 2000s, so after nine and a half years of managing commercial construction projects, I found myself without a job and faced with redefining myself and career path. Fortunately, my in-laws were the founders of a successful mortgage company, and I had a front-row seat to watch how their work impacted families and homeowners, so I started a new career as a loan officer eventually leading to oversight of that very company. My position has continued to expand and grow beyond mortgage lending and into the title insurance industry. Leading the entire team at Ibex Title Corporation might just be my most enjoyable role yet.

Christine Swee
Operations Manager
Christine Swee is a licensed attorney with over 25 years of experience in the title insurance industry including production, management, abstracting, examination of titles to real estate and post-closing. Her undergraduate degree is in hospitality, and she earned her law degree at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Christine's hospitality foundation drives her to work effortlessly to exceed the quality and service expectations of her valued customers and colleagues and provide a stress-free closing process. Her law degree coupled with her commitment to being a resource to others provides her clients with a level of knowledge and problem-solving abilities that is rarely found in her field. Her role with Ibex Title Corporation is to manage and oversee all ongoing operations of the company as she takes on the exciting venture from the inception of Ibex Title Corporation to its complete and successful startup and beyond!
